Refund Policy

Event Ticket Refunds

All ticket sales for Jonesing premieres and related events are considered final. However, we understand that plans can change. Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

Event Reschedule or Cancellation:
If an event is postponed or canceled by Sixx Degrees Media, you will receive the option to:
- Transfer your ticket to the rescheduled date
- Convert your ticket to credit for a future event
- Request a refund within 7 business days of the notice

Customer-Initiated Requests:
If you can no longer attend, we may offer alternatives such as:
- Ticket transfer to another guest (with email confirmation)
- Jonesing-branded merchandise of equal value (subject to availability)
